ETWINNING PROJECT SCHEDULE

28 OCT- 1 NOV
|
Students are supposed to prepare power point presentations introducing themselves. After that, students will be divided into groups. Some groups will prepare online posters using ‘eduglogster’ introducing their school, the other group will make a video of the school and the facilities. Another group will make slides using pictures using some online presentation tools like kizoa,etc..Thus each group will work on a different task. |
4 NOV – 8 NOV

In this activity, I will upload some fall related English words together with colouring worksheets of the words. Students will make a bunch of flashcards using these. Any creative idea is welcome. |
11 – 15 NOV
|
I think adding some activities through which students can learn about other cultures is fun and motivating fort he students. So each partner school will make a video of their country’s traditional dance and upload it onto twinspace and the Project blog together with some information about that dance such as if it requires special clothes, music, etc.. |
18-22 NOV
|
This I believe will be one of the most enjoyable activities of the Project. Students will prepare some kind of Word games on cardboards. They can prepare some cards with some questions on them. If the player answers correctly she/he can move her/his dice. It can be a play about a city and its tourist attractions. So questions will be related to it. Or it can be about English words and their translations into mother tongue. I believe students will be creative at this point. |
25/29 November
|
Each partner school is supposed to prepare a traditional dish together with whether a video or pictures. Or students can simply make a video of their mother while cooking. Then we will introduce our dishes to each other which is a way of knowing the others’ culture and way of life. Hopefully they will learn some English words related to food. |
2-6 December
|
On a few topics, students will create posters and mini multilingual dictionaries using all the languages in the Project. To Show how the words are pronounced, each school will make a video of the students pronouncing the words. |
9-13 December
|
Students will prepare Christmas cards for their peers and we will send them to your school.
|
16-20 December
|
In this activity, students will work as a big group and they will decorate a Wall at school by cardboards and pictures. We will choose a team and it will be a big Wall with English words and their pictures. All the students at school can learn English words and I am sure the students will be proud of their work. |
23-27 December
Christmas Holiday
|
-HOLIDAY-
To be honest, I am not sure how long the holiday continues in different countries.
|
6-10 January
|
This will be the last task of the Project. Each school can choose their own DIY Project. It can be about anything. I am thinking of doing an activity about recycling. |
13-17 January
|
We will make some surveys about the Project. |
